Husnain R. Badami, FCA
Husnain is currently Chief Executive of Ingenium, working in leadership, finance, and digital learning space. He also serves as a Partner of Redwood Global Services, an accounting outsourcing and advisory firm operating in Canada and Pakistan. In addition, he is the co-founder of an award-winning EdTech start-up, The School of Business Education which is providing accounting education to students and professionals across the world. Earlier, he has worked with Ernst & Young Karachi, Dubai, and Jeddah offices and at Engro Polymers & Chemicals Limited, prior to his move into entrepreneurship to pursue his passion in the field of OD consulting and L&D.
Academically, he also holds a Gold Medal for his outstanding performance in post-grad studies in Philosophy with critical pedagogy as his area of research. His academic work on pedagogy has also been published in the prestigious Journal of Comparative Education of Columbia University, USA.
At ICAP, he is a former Vice-President and presently a member of the Council. Husnain is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) with a cumulative experience of over 16 years in the profession. Together with this, he also carries a robust practical background in L&D. Professionally, he is an Organizational Development consultant with expertise in Finance, Leadership, and Instructional Design & Facilitation.
Danish Noorani, FCA
Danish Noorani is a qualified Chartered Accountant with cumulative experience of 20+ years in auditing, compliance, internal audit, finance, accounting, project management, and training & development. He had been heading Compliance and Ethics function in Siemens. Prior to Siemens he worked with Ernst & Young at Karachi and Johannesburg offices. Presently, he serves as a Director and co-founder of Ingenium and heading its digital learning business. He is also Partner at Redwood Global Services, an accounting firm with offices in Canada and Karachi.
His areas of training are Strategic finance, Business Acumen, IFRS, Corporate Governance, Compliance, Leadership skills, and, Internal Auditing.
